What is Create & Print?
Create & Print is exclusive software that allows you to personalize a variety of projects and print them at home. You can edit the graphics and text on any project to create an entirely unique item to suit any occasion.

HOW DO I USE CREATE & PRINT?
Below are the step-by-step instructions to help you learn how to personalize a project:
- Sign in to the site using your email address and password.
- Click on the Create & Print tab at the top of the home page.
- Select a Create & Print greeting card or project by clicking on the thumbnail of the
item that you would like to personalize.
- Once a project is selected, click Personalize and Print Your Project.
- The Create & Print Workspace window will pop up.
NOTE: If you are not using Netscape, are a first time user OR you do not have the latest version of the plug-in, a dialog box entitled "Security Warning" will be displayed. The "Security Warning" is your browser's way of telling you that a site wants to download software plug-in to your computer. Click on Yes to begin downloading the Create & Print plug-in. The process may take several minutes if you have a slow Internet connection. When the installation is complete, the "Create & Print Workspace" window will be displayed.
- Click on Page or Panel to personalize the front, inside and back of
the project if applicable.
- When finished with personalizations, click Print Project located in
the top left hand corner of the Workspace.
- The printer prompt will pop up. When the print menu appears, you
have the option of choosing which size you want by clicking on the
appropriate circle at the bottom left of the screen under Paper Type.
TIP: All the text in our Create and Print projects can be edited to celebrate any occasion! So shop by the art if your special occasion is not listed.
Create & Print is not compatible with Macintosh computers, WebTV and Netscape Internet browser versions 6.0 and 6.1.

WHAT IS THE CREATE & PRINT PLUGIN AND HOW DO I GET IT?
The Create & Print plug-in is a piece of software that allows you to personalize our Create & Print projects and print them at home. It was developed by AIM.AmericanGreetings.com and is guaranteed to be safe from any virus.
Create & Print will not work correctly unless you have the latest version of the Create & Print plug-in installed on your computer. Updates to the plug-in are supplied for free to our members.
If you are a new user or if a new plug-in is available, you will be prompted to download it when you open a project and click "Personalize and Print."

Can you print any other Create & Print Projects besides Greeting Cards?
Currently only greeting cards are available to be printed. However, we are constantly working on solutions to fulfill your needs.

Can I edit my order during checkout?
Once you begin the order path, your greeting card cannot be edited. If your project requires changes - do not proceed to check out.

How do I check the status or my order?
1. After clicking on the "My Account" link, select "View Recent Orders."
2. Here all orders will be displayed by order date.
3. Select the order in question to view the details.

How do I edit the address of the recipient?
1. Please refer to the "Contact Us" page, click here.
2. Select "Paper Cards" from the "What's Up" Dropdown and enter in the correct shipping address
